January 20th

January 21st

Grilled marinated tri-tip with coffee fennel crust

Italian butter beans with kale, chili flakes, lemon and  extra virgin olive oil Braised blue lake beans with onions capers and tomatoes
Vegetarian option: Grilled eggplant roulades with tomato sauce,  pesto ricotta and mozzarella

January 22nd
