The smell of fall is finally in the air. Time to bring squash, apples and pomegranates to the table. Tuesday's pork stew is the perfect dish for an overcast fall meal. I spent the month of July traveling through Eastern Africa. I experienced some terrific Indian meals which influenced Thursday's menu.
