Last night I took a few of my loyal wonderful staff to diner at Sushi Ran in Sausalito. Although they are know for their fish the vegetable dishes were terrific. It inspired Monday's Japanese menu with a little sprinkling of flavors from David Chang from Momofuku in New York. There are a few hold outs of summer like corn and strawberries before we change the clocks and head into the short days of fall. Eat up!
