Intimate ladies dinner at the Box in San Francisco

Mini chicken bahn mi sandwiches, pickled carrot and daikon, mint, cilantro, sriacha aioli
Trio of savory vegetarian cakes:
Seared risotto cake, spinach and gorgonzola
Root vegetable cake, herb salsa
Polenta cake, ratatoullie

First course
Summer corn soup, crème fraiche, basil oil
Artisan bread and butter

Seared Halibut, saffron fregola, braised fennel, roasted cherry tomato, castelvetrano olive relish
Swiss chard wellington, bell pepper, melted leeks, watercress salad, shaved radish, pickled red onion
