Monday, May 5th
Salad
Fattoush salad with arugula, garbanzo beans, roasted peppers, cherry tomatoes, feta, pita croutons, mint, red wine sumac dressing
Entree  
Roasted charmoula chicken with green olive, preserved lemon and fennel relish

Tuesday, May 6th

Wednesday, May 7th
