Delivery menu for the week of July 23rd

 LAURINE’s LUNCH:  for the week July 23rd, 2012

July 23rd
Wild arugula salad with garlic pita croutons, feta, tomato wedges, hard cooked egg, lemon-cumin vinaigrette
Alaskan true cod with preserved lemon, capers, green olives 
Saffron chicken with chickpeas and almonds 
Delicious Sides (choose one)
Cucumber yogurt salad with red onion and mint 
Bulgur pilaf with pine nuts, onions and herbs
Vegetarian option  -spinach with chickpeas with greek yogurt

July 24th
Mixed greens with cucumbers, radish, shaved carrots, avocado, red wine vinaigrette
Grilled Niman Ranch hamburgers
            Served with rolls, sliced cheese, tomatoes, onions (not for lonestar), lettuce, pickles, ketchup, mustard and mayonnaise

Black bean salad with corn, roasted peppers, jalapenos, cilantro and lime

July 25th
