Summer Camp Cooking Class

In June Left Coast hosted a group of summer campers for a cooking class.  The class focused on making pasta  and cupcake. The girls rolled out the pasta and  cut the sheets into ribbons which we cooked with butter and  cheese. The more adventurous cooks tried their hands at ravioli making. We finished our day with vanilla and chocolate cup cakes that they baked and  later frosted them to their liking for dessert.
