Delivery lunch menu for the week of December 10th

December 10th
Salad
Baby spinach with croutons, grated hard cooked egg, pickled red onions, radish, and red wine vinaigrette
Entree ( choose one)
Sautéed arctic char with black olive and blood orange relish
Grilled skirt steaks with sautéed shallots and blue cheese butter
Delicious Sides (choose one)  
Crushed potatoes and watercress cakes

Roasted broccoli di ciccio with garlic and chili flakes
Veg option:  Orecchiette with cauliflower, radicchio, walnuts, garlic, and pecorino

Dessert
Cranberry cornmeal cakes with citrus whipped cream

December 11th
Salad
Arugula with apples, blue cheese, walnuts and sherry vinaigrette
Entree
Dijon and herb grilled pork tenderloin
Delicious Sides (choose one)  
Potato and butternut squash gratin
Sautéed swiss chard with mushrooms
Vegetarian option: Quiche with spinach, goat cheese and thyme

Chocolate peanut butter brownies

December 12th

Mixed greens with pears, pomegranates, goat cheese, white balsamic vinaigrette

Moroccan sautéed chicken breast with garbanzo, spinach and tomato stew

December 13th

December 14th

Baby spinach salad with pink grapefruit, avocado, red onions, citrus-soy dressing

Lemongrass chicken satay and red curry beef satay with peanut sauce (3 of each per person)

Vegetable rice stick noodle salad with cilantro dressing and toasted peanuts

Shrimp Tom Yum soup
Vegetarian option: Shiitake spring rolls with soy dipping sauce
