Left Coast catered a wedding in August for Marissa and Carlos which is featured this month in Style me Pretty.
Marissa had been dreaming of her wedding day from the time she was a little girl so she had a very clear idea of the celebration she wanted to create. She was envisioning a classic romantic wedding but wanted to food to be fun, delicious, and familiar, one that would please her diverse group of guests. The fried chicken bites and mini BLT were a huge hit during cocktail hour. The buffet featured the best the Bay Area has to offer in summer produce including an heirloom tomato caprese salad, summer bean salad, and seared chicken with a sweet corn and leek ragout. The dining room was elegant with ivory linens, black chivari chairs, and subtle gold accents. Getting to see the look of joy and amazement on Marissa and Carlo's faces when they walked into the room as husband and wife was the ultimate thank you any caterer could ever wish for.
