This is our hot lunch menu for the week of 7/8/13

July 8th
Lunch
Salad
Baby spinach, goat cheese, almonds, figs, garlic dressing vinaigrette
Entree
Chicken with samfaina

Sauteed green beans with tomatoes and spring onions
Moorish style chickpea and spinach stew 
Vegetarian option  - Potato omelet

July 9th
Lunch

Baby spinach salad with sliced cucumbers, pickled carrots, daikon radish, rice wine, orange–sesame vinaigrette
Entree
Teriyaki chicken on sauteed carrots, snap peas and shiitake mushrooms
Delicious Sides (choose one)
Chilled soba noodle with nori  
Haricot verts with peanut dressing 
Vegetarian option: Teriyaki tofu on sauteed carrots, snap peas and shiitaki mushrooms

July 10th,
